BEGIN YOUR healing JOURNEY.
Individual therapy
Individual therapy provides a safe, confidential space to openly express your feelings without judgement. It is a collaborative process to help you build emotional resilience and self-awareness.
We begin with your goals, then take the first step on the path forward, together.
Cognitive
Behavioural
Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured, goal-oriented talk therapy. It works by helping you identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that cause emotional distress.
By looking at how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected, you learn to respond to challenges in healthier, more effective ways.
loss, Grief & Bereavement
Loss can change the way we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, a significant life change, or the loss of something deeply meaningful, grief can feel overwhelming and isolating.
At STILLWATERS Healing & Therapy, you will find a compassionate space to honour your experience, make sense of difficult emotions and navigate grief in a way that feels authentic to you.
There is no right way to grieve, and no timeline for healing. Together, we can create space for both your pain and your resilience.
healthcare professionals & Caregivers
Those who spend their lives caring for others often carry more than they realize. The demands of caregiving and healthcare work can affect the emotional well-being, relationships, and one’s sense of self.
Drawing on more than 18 years of nursing experience, I understand the unique challenges that can come with caring for others while trying to care for and protect yourself.
This is a space to pause, reflect, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with your own needs and well-being.
“The wound is the place
where the light enters you.”

Getting started
-
Therapy can be helpful if you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, coping with grief or loss, experiencing stress, anxiety, or simply looking for a supportive space to better understand yourself. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
-
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and talk about how we might work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we move at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
-
The frequency of sessions varies depending on your needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions, and together we can determine what feels most supportive.
-
Confidentiality is an important part of the therapeutic relationship. Information shared during sessions remains private, with a few legal and ethical exceptions that will be reviewed during informed consent.
-
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred approaches, and holistic perspectives that recognize the connection between emotional, physical, cultural, and spiritual well-being.
